CASPAR is an automatic car washing machine developed with the aim of improving the needs of various car washing services and applying an interface that enables efficient device operation and management.
CASPA R은 기존의 물리키 판넬을 통해 기기를 제어하는 방식에서 벗어나 터치디스플레이를 이용한 GUI가 처음으로 적용된 기기입니다. 본체와 전용 컨트롤러 뿐만이 아니라 IOT기술을 이용하여 근거리에서 소프트웨어를 통해 컨트롤도 가능하여 전체적으로 IT기능이 접목된 첫 시도된 자동화 기기입니다.
CASPAR is the first time that a GUI using a touch display has been applied away from the existing method of controlling devices through physical key panels. It is the first automation device with not only the main body and its dedicated controller, but also IOT technology and near-field software control.
전체적인 디자인컨셉은 면의 흐름과 겹쳐지는 조형의 구성과 함께 LCD와 인디게이터 라이팅을 통한 엠비언트컬러를 통해 유기적인 서비스흐름을 알려줌으로서 전체적으로 미래적인 타일과 스마트한 인터페이스를 강조한 디자인으로 진행되었으며, 설치장소를 고려해 보다 스포티한 그래픽처리와 투톤의 컬러배치를 통해 강렬한 인상을 주려고 하였습니다.
The overall design concept emphasized the future tile and smart interface by informing organic service flow through LCD and indicator lighting along with the configuration of the shape overlapping the surface flow. Considering the installation location, we tried to make a strong impression through sporty graphics and two-ton color arrangement.
CASPA R은 초기 제품개발기획에서부터 다양한 자동세차기능을 분할하고 세차기능의 세차단계 및 세차범위에 맞게 기능을 추가하거나 뺄 수 있도록 세차기기를 구성하기 위해 모듈러 방식의 자동세차기기를 목표로 디자인개발이 진행되었습니다.
자동세차의 단계는 보기보다 많은 세척과 건조단계를 가지고 있으며, 이를 효율적으로 기능을 수행하면서 공간적인 제약도 극복하기 위해서 효율적으로 세차기능을 수행할 단일게이트형식과 풀 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 더블게이트형태도 구성할 수 있도록 기능에 따라 다양한 라인업이 가능한 구성으로 디자인 되었습니다.
From the initial product development plan, CASPAR was developed with the aim of a modular automatic car washing machine to divide various automatic car washing functions and to configure the car washing machine to add or remove functions according to the car washing stage and car washing range.
The automatic car washing stage has more washing and drying stages than it looks, and to overcome spatial constraints while efficiently performing the function, a single gate type to perform the car washing function and a double gate type to provide full service can be configured.
